International Customer Service Engineer
Job Scope
Responsible for installation, commissioning, training of vision inspection systems, and machine acceptance.
Visit customers frequently for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Handle machine maintenance and conduct troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
Travel frequently across the country and occasionally overseas.
Qualifications
Over 2 years of experience in similar technical service roles. Experience with inspection suppliers or printing machinery is a plus.
Diploma or higher education, preferably in mechanical, IT, automation, or electrical engineering.
Fluent in Mandarin. Reside near Kuala Lumpur. Good communication skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and a team player.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read and create basic drawings.
Proficient with office software such as Microsoft Office and WPS; basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
