Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a focus on Production, Manufacturing, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production engineering or manufacturing engineering role Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Proficient in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Analyse production data to generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, automation, and control systems Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
BLOXWICH (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in Seri Iskandar Perak. As a Production Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for career development and growth within our dynamic organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives
- Optimise manufacturing processes and workflows to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Provide technical support and training to production staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and equipment
