Plant Engineer - Manufacturing

Overview

• Analyze production and operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute strategies that optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment and materials.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize and eliminate interruption to manufacturing that lead to production output loss.
• Respond, identify, maintain and record all breakdown incidents to monitor performance and facilitate future trouble shooting for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Safety (DOSH) and Environment (DOE) regulations.
• Prepare and submit safety and environment reports on time.
• Ready for on-call duty after working hours.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by superior.
