Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Economics or related fields. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Experience in full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into requirements, prioritization, and pre / post-launch execution. Proven track record in formulating product strategy and launching new products / features with measurable impact. Experience in fintech, financial institutions and / or payment industries is an added advantage. Data‑driven decision making and ability to analyze large data sets. Ability to work in a technical, cross‑functional environment; software engineering experience is a plus. Strong presentation skills (technical and non‑technical). Ability to gather requirements across diverse areas and translate them into product solutions. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design. Strong logical / analytical thinking; independent, organized, creative; able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities
- Guide, strategize and implement new product ideas from concept to full product launch, and help shape a strategic product vision.
- Drive a portfolio of product initiatives and coach team members to establish a strong product‑driven culture.
- Collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals.
- Set and drive product strategy for Finexus’ B2B and / or B2C products; make data‑driven decisions based on complex factors.
- Conduct market research (customer needs, industry trends, and competitive analysis) to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Prioritize product requirements with stakeholders and manage the product roadmap.
- Propose hypotheses and design experiments to test and validate ideas.
- Coordinate go‑to‑market launches with marketing, sales, UI / UX, and engineering teams.
- Identify product pain points using quantitative and qualitative data and collaborate on solutions.
- Communicate sophisticated ideas clearly to leadership and key team members.
- Use analytics to assess product performance, track KPIs, and iterate based on user feedback and market changes.
