From idea to launch and ongoing refinement, a Product Manager (PM) leads end-to-end product success, aligning business goals with customer value. The PM collaborates across business, technology, and user experience to translate customer needs into innovative digital solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and support company objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and define the product vision and long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the product direction aligns with the company’s goals.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and deliverables.
Continuously refine the roadmap based on changing market conditions, customer feedback, and internal priorities.
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity in product requirements and deliverables.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, providing clear communication of product updates and progress.
Monitor development progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure that product launches are timely and meet quality standards.
Perform competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for innovation.
Utilize data insights to inform product decisions and refine the roadmap.
Manage expectations across the organization, ensuring stakeholders are updated on progress, risks, and timelines.
Ensure proper documentation such as terms & conditions, training, and support materials for the Operational team are in place for a successful launch.
Monitor the product post-launch to address issues, gather feedback, and roll out further enhancements as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in a related field, demonstrating a solid track record of success
Experience within start-up environments with the ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings
Creative and innovative mindset, with a focus on delivering impactful product solutions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, adept at navigating complex challenges with strategic foresight
Project management expertise, with a hands-on approach to driving initiatives from inception to completion
Strong business acumen, with a customer-centric approach that ensures alignment with organizational goals
Hands-on product development experience, strongly preferred, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in bringing products to market
Outstanding communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities, enabling data-driven decisions that enhance product delivery and business growth
