Compliance Specialist

Overview

Compliance Specialist role at MODEC Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) / Offshore Frontier Solutions. We are currently based at KL Eco City, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage Vendor Approval Requests : be the first point of contact to receive, attend to and respond to all Vendor Approval Requests.
• Supervise junior team members to achieve timely and accurate responses to all Vendor Approval Requests.
• Analyse and independently assess search results, data and information, and make recommendations to senior management on potential red flags on search subjects.
• Review policies and procedures from time to time to improve the Vendor Approval Requests process.
• Provide reports and attend ad hoc meetings or requests for inputs or support as needed.
• Organise and maintain the accuracy of the Compliance database.
• Training : Assist the Compliance Manager to develop or update training materials.
• Supervise junior team members in maintaining user profiles for employees and contracted personnel and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Lead and support the achievement of high completion rates for all training.
