Job Vacancy : Senior Compliance Manager

Reporting line : Head of Compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of compliance professionals to promote a strong ethics-based culture within the organization.
• Advise the business on compliance matters, including during product development, to mitigate risks and ensure fair outcomes for customers.
• Monitor business activities, sales practices, and third-party conduct to ensure full adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
• Serve as a key liaison with business functions to embed compliance standards into daily operations.
• Stay up-to-date with new laws and industry trends, and guide the business on their implementation.
• Prepare and present management reports on compliance status and risk assessments.
• Oversee internal quality reviews and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
