Site Supervisor (Architectural Wet Trades)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to lead our on-site teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of active sites, ensuring that all wet trade activities are completed safely, on time, to the highest quality standards, and within budget. This is a pivotal role that bridges planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and motivate bricklaying , plastering , and tiling crews on site.
• Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, manpower, and resources efficiently.
• Liaise with main contractors, site managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project progression.

Quality Control

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished work, addressing any deficiencies immediately.
