Technician cum Site Supervisor

Penerangan pekerjaanHave knowledge on arranging and managing site issues. Coordinate with stakeholders, arranging daily / weekly work schedules. Submit daily / weekly work progress reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to learn and assist in project-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution of the project on-site to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise at the project site.
- Conduct testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure all project documentation is properly filed in hardcopy and softcopy.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the quality of work and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with the construction manager, project engineer and internal teams to ensure project smoothness.
- Provide technical support and innovative solutions for on-site challenges.
- Establish and set up monitoring systems for Data Logger, Weather station, Inverter, etc.
