We are currently seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur. Successful candidates would be offered a fixed‑term employment.

About the mission we offer you The Cost Control Engineer is responsible for the management and reporting of all costs and revenues of the project(s) he / she has been allocated for.

Main Accountabilities

• To establish the initial project budget / forecast based on handover data from the Proposal Department using the Cost Control system.
• To update the forecast based on project evolution and other risk impacts.
• To set up Cost Control procedures.
• To produce monthly Project Cost Reports and Project Management Reports.
• To prepare monthly invoices to the client and follow up on reimbursable items.
• To update the cash forecast.
• To continually assess the adequacy of the budgetary provision.
• To carry out statistical and close‑out reports, with a view toward improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts and proposals.
• To comply with and implement both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures, as well as Quality standards, policies, and other applicable company procedures.
