SOFWAH ARABIATA (M) SDN. BHD. – Kota, Kedah

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Officer to support our marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to craft compelling visuals, strengthen brand identity, and execute impactful campaigns that connect with our audience. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creative marketing, content development, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Visual Support

Assist in creating graphic materials such as posters, digital ads, social media content, menus, and more.

  • Edit images and short videos for promotional content.
  • Ensure all visuals align with the company’s brand identity.
  • Social Media Management

    • Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Prepare captions and basic copywriting based on provided guidelines.
  • Monitor engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution

    • Support the implementation of monthly, seasonal, or special marketing campaigns.

  • Assist in distributing promotional materials such as flyers, catalogs, and digital content.
  • Coordinate with vendors for orders, printing, and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Branding & Communication

    • Ensure all marketing materials comply with the company’s branding guidelines.

  • Suggest creative visual ideas and content concepts.
  • Prepare basic mockups or design concepts under the supervision of the Marketing Executive.
  • Internal & Vendor Collaboration

    • Liaise with suppliers, printers, and other marketing vendors as needed.

  • Support other departments (Sales, Operations, HR) with design or promotional needs.
  • Attend marketing meetings and prepare task notes or reports.
  • Administration & General Tasks

    • Organize and update design and content archives in a structured system.

  • Assist in planning and executing company marketing events or activities.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Marketing Executive or management.

    • Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Canva and other editing / design applications such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop , or similar tools.
  • Highly creative , with a strong interest in digital marketing and visual design .
  • Able to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic skills in copywriting and social media management are an added advantage.
  • Must be available to start work on 1 October 2025 .
