Overview

Triple Blessings Trade & Distribution Sdn. Bhd

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure sufficient manpower at all times.
  • Assign daily tasks to team members according to business needs.
  • Supervise and guide staff to maintain discipline and efficiency.
  • Lead the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Check product displays, stock levels, and ensure merchandise is well-organized.
  • Oversee the execution of promotions and marketing activities.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Training & Onboarding

  • Conduct orientation and training for new hires.
  • Ensure employees clearly understand their roles, responsibilities, and company policies.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to develop staff skills.

    • Performance Management

  • Monitor employee performance on a regular basis.
  • Identify strengths and areas needing improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching.

    • Goal Setting & Alignment

  • Set measurable goals for team members.
  • Ensure objectives are aligned with company’s vision, mission, and business targets.

    • Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and submit daily / weekly reports on sales and operations.
  • Keep HR and senior management informed of staff performance and store issues.
  • Communicate company updates, policies, and procedures to all team members.
