Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Sales team with quotations, contracts, and client correspondence.
Maintain and update client databases and sales reports.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Assist in preparing proposals and follow-up with clients.
Handle inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude, team player, good time management, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
