Penerangan pekerjaanCV and phone screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, and demo coordination as required Reference checks (where applicable), salary proposals, and offer letter preparation. Expat recruitment administration (interviews, documentation, and hiring process). Assist during career fairs, team events, or office culture shoot days. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new employer branding ideas. Support the creation of content to attract young talents (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu). Improvement projects and special assignments for development. Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors / Company. Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, statistics or any discipline. Fresh Graduate. A problem solver with a resilient mindset. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
