Regional Senior Leasing Manager . The successful candidate will shape and execute the leasing strategy, optimize portfolio performance, and drive expansion initiatives. This is a mission-critical role with significant influence over the company’s growth roadmap. Key Responsibilities

Define and implement a multi-year leasing strategy aligned with the company’s expansion objectives and brand positioning Identify, evaluate, and secure prime retail and commercial spaces across key markets Lead negotiations on lease terms, renewals, and restructured agreements to maximize commercial outcomes Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer dynamics to guide portfolio decisions Partner cross-functionally with Business Heads to ensure alignment on leasing opportunities and risk management Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and real estate partners to secure first-mover advantages Requirements

10–12 years of leasing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role driving multi-market expansion Proven success in securing strategic sites and negotiating favorable lease terms Strong network with landlords, developers, and real estate partners in Southeast Asia Deep understanding of commercial models, P&L impact, and market dynamics Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence at senior levels High integrity and discretion; comfortable managing confidential projects under tight timelines Strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen Seniority level
