About the Role

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to Beyondsoft’s expanding business across the Americas (primary) and Southeast Asia (secondary) regions. Based in Malaysia, the role acts as a strategic legal partner to both business and functional leaders, ensuring that all operations, contracts, and compliance frameworks are fully aligned with U.S. law and applicable international standards. This position demands a hands‑on approach to legal management, strong cross‑border advisory capability, and the confidence to operate independently across multiple time zones. It offers flexible working arrangements, with close collaboration across global teams and regular engagement with stakeholders in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, technology, and service agreements under U.S. jurisdiction.
• Support business teams in contract strategy, risk evaluation, and customer / vendor negotiations.
