This is a full‑time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and planning market activities. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, managing marketing campaigns, and communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met. The executive will also be involved in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals.

• Marketing knowledge and experience in developing marketing strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the marketing or property industry is a plus
