Overview
- Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal data, job information, benefits, performance evaluations).
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions.
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee timekeeping records (in collaboration with finance / payroll team).
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Organize HR events and activities (e.g., training, team-building events).
- Support performance management processes, including review cycles and goal tracking.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR administrator, HR assistant, or relevant role.Knowledge in basic accounting.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.Confidentiality and discretion are essential.Additional information
