Job Description :
- Operate and maintain painting systems.
- Apply and test various paints on metal and plastic parts, ensuring quality standards.
- Plan and perform consumable testing, and collaborate with suppliers for process improvements.
- Conduct quality checks on paint films and troubleshoot production issues.
- Support cross-functional teams and ad-hoc assignments to optimize paint shop operations.
Requirements :
Bachelors or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemistry.Minimum 3-4 years experience in related field.Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2015, EMS 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards.Strong supplier coordination, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills.
