Job Scope :

  • Plan, execute and oversee the inspection of property and process to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
  • To prepare reports on all occurrences in the hostel and hand it to the immediate superior
  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as environmental and health, and safety goals / KPIs
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality / compliance issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
  • Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and operations
  • Perform all duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Expectations :

  • To maintain a high standard of disciplines and smartness in appearance at all times
  • Must be proactive and take personal responsibility, have the ability to go beyond the call of duty
  • Ensure zero complaints & audit findings from immediate superior & external customers
  • To meet superior's expectations from time to time

    • Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate

    Pay : RM1, RM2,400.00 per month
