Job Opportunity in Asia Reinsurance Brokers (L) Ltd (ARB)
Position : Reinsurance Broking Technical Accounts Executive ( immediate vacancy )
Job Description :
- Prepare statistics for all Proportional and Excess of loss treaties (manually on excel spreadsheet) for renewal.
- Prepare the Evidence of Cover for renewal and Addendum for the brokers.
- Manually extract, calculate and process all statements concerning reinsurance technical accounting.
- Manually monitor the receipt for quarterly statements and premium adjustment statements and send requests to Clients every month for outstanding statements not received
- Check and Liaise with Clients on discrepancies of statements received from them.
- Monitor and extract all Cash Calls and Cash Calls payments.
- Queries from other departments, clients, and reinsurers for matters relating to reinsurance technical accounting.
