QA Engineer

The role

As a QA Engineer at Amphenol TCS (M) Sdn Bhd, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's manufacturing processes and end products. This full-time position is based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, and is an essential part of the company's commitment to delivering excellence in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Customer quality management - Manage customers queries and complaints.
• RMA management and coordinate sample submission to customer.
• Lead 8D discussion meeting and CA effectiveness follow-up.
• In-process quality control, NCA follow-up to prevent recurrence.
• Supplier quality management.
• Nonconformance and MRB control.
• Responsible for the FAI Report Qualification for any new supplier / new part / tooling change or transfer.
• Work with Operations & Engineering team for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers for NPI parts improvement / changes in drawing or correlation on the measurement method and other issues related to NPI raw parts.
• Support ad-hoc activities requested by superior.
