Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs.
• Explain, provide appropriate recommendations and perform demonstrations on the features of the products to the customers.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure outlet stock accuracy.
• Perform daily operation tasks such as sales reports, stock takes, etc.
• Comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
