Sephora Malaysia is looking to recruit a Store Manager to be based at F88, Kuala Lumpur & One Utama, Selangor.

Role and Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets.
- Manage all resources within the store to provide customers with a leading shopping experience.
- Drive the proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives.
- Act as a Sephora Ambassador, consistently exhibit the Company Attitude and Values.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of store commercial success and forecast sales & payroll.Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge status quo, addressing improvement areas and driving continuous improvements in sales, productivity, profitability.Share best practices to drive collective performance of all district stores.Utilize client service reporting and observations to monitor service levels and remedy areas of opportunity.Monitor daily, weekly, monthly sales results, communicate to staff and report to HQ.Escalate issues to District Manager or Retail Back Office partners when needed.Lead service by example, balancing time between selling and leading team members on sales floor.Manage recruitment, training, scheduling of store team, ensuring HR policies adhered.Create high performance culture with clear expectations, analyze performance, give prompt feedback, actively manage poor performance.Work with District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along Retail Field Career Ladder.Ensure all established Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained.Maintain legal and financial integrity, process merchandise deliveries, cash register transactions accurately, lead loss prevention policies.Be a role model for customer service, drive service and selling culture, monitor customer satisfaction and feedback systems.Qualifications
Minimum secondary school education, preferred advanced diploma or university degree.Minimum 18 months’ work experience in a beauty / fashion customer and commercial focused retail environment.Minimum of 12 months’ store management responsibility.Intermediate selling experience with comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding.Advanced MS Office proficiency.Benefits
