Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships - Develop strong business relationships, gather market intelligence, and understand customer profiles to support daily call planning and journey management.
- Sales Execution and Territory Management - Use persuasive selling skills and Sales Force.com (SFDC) to manage objectives, track inventory, and monitor sell-through in assigned outlets.
- Promotions and Merchandising - Implement quarterly sales and marketing promotions, secure merchandising space, and deploy POS materials to drive B+L product visibility.
- Customer Support and Operations - Assist with sales orders, product returns, consumer complaints, and credit processes by liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance and Reporting - Report adverse events or product complaints promptly and complete any additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Experience and Industry Knowledge Minimum 1 year in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or vision care sectors; proven track record in achieving sales targets.Skills and Competencies Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to plan and execute sales strategies with attention to detail.Tools and Flexibility Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus; must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.Seniority level
