Executive / Sr. Executive - Contract Logistics / SCM, Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation / Ensure the sustainability of Operations Standards across Health and safety, 5S and visual Management, Performance Management, Process Management, Business Continuity and Continuous Improvement.
• Identify and implement / conduct operational improvement studies on productivity, waste identification, and elimination of waste at the operational level.
• Lead Continuous Improvement workshops for assigned areas such as VSM, Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and 8D Problem-Solving.
• Ensure follow-up of ongoing continuous improvement actions. Maintain a good relationship with the Operations team and support Lean activities / CI Improvement.
• Review site CI project submissions from the site team and advise Lean strategies to troubleshoot issues related to Lean tools.
• Develop key metrics / initiatives to monitor and capture non-added value tasks, deviation from the standard process, etc. Monitor performance metrics and measurements related to CI / OE Scorecard and KPI.
• Initiate, develop and assess the site's LEAN maturity, conduct training such as Lean games, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Introduction Training (LIT).
