Business Development Manager
to bring a broad knowledge base and help us increase awareness and adoption of our product and service. Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Sales Initiatives : Develop and execute outbound sales strategies focused on acquiring and expanding client accounts and strategic partnerships. Prioritize long-term value creation aligned with client goals and revenue growth targets. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities : Proactively research, identify, and engage potential clients through strategic outreach, networking, and market analysis. Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with company objectives. Own the End-to-End Sales Process : Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management. Ensure ongoing client engagement and high satisfaction at every stage. Deliver Compelling Value Propositions : Clearly articulate the value of our solutions through tailored presentations, demos, and proposals that address each client’s specific needs and priorities. Negotiate and Close Deals : Lead and manage deal negotiations to close high-impact, mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term client relationships and business growth. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with internal teams—marketing, product, legal, finance, and operations—to craft competitive proposals and ensure alignment across all client touchpoints. Qualifications
Proven B2B Sales Experience : Track record of success in managing complex, high-value deals within a business development or enterprise sales environment. Expertise in Consultative Sales : Strong understanding of long sales cycles, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers. Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills : Ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and confidently lead contract discussions to close. Strategic Relationship Builder : Skilled at developing and maintaining long-term client partnerships through consistent value delivery and proactive engagement. Self-Motivated with a Growth Mindset : Results-driven and resourceful, with the ability to thrive independently while collaborating across teams. Proficient with CRM & Sales Tools : Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital sales tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and support strategic decisions. Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Language Skills : Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are an advantage.
