Responsibilities :
- Preparations, recording and checking of Accounts Payable / Receivables
- Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
- Complete weekly bank reconciliations to ensure no discrepancies in banking.
- Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.
- Check on staff expenses claim and input into the staff claim template.
- Any other ad hoc accounting / administrative assignment.
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
