Overview
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving online sales growth, managing digital storefronts, and ensuring seamless customer experience. This role oversees strategy, operations, marketing, and analytics to maximize revenue and optimize performance across all e-commerce channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Manage daily operations of online platforms (website, marketplaces, social commerce).
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement digital campaigns (key account, social media, affiliate).
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion, and customer behavior to optimize results.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics, and after-sales service.
- Lead and guide the e-commerce team (executives, content, design, live hosts) to deliver business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead.
- Develop partnerships with marketplaces and third-party vendors to expand reach.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and seamless user experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.Proven experience (3–5 years) in managing e-commerce operations and digital marketing.Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify).Solid understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent project management, leadership, and communication abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
