Penerangan pekerjaanKnowledge of payroll and legislation impacting human resources management Knowledge of company HR policies and practices, labor movement, and arbitration proceedings Knowledge of local HRIS system and report writing Good public presentation skills Ability to conduct thorough, timely, and unbiased internal investigations Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers Proficiency in spoken, read, and written Mandarin Duties performed in a normal office environment Extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, etc.) Zero to two years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Summary
The HR Associate will perform tasks such as managing employee time and attendance data, generating reports, and supporting employees with queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employees' time and attendance related data entries
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc time attendance reports
- Support termination payroll and month-end payroll process
- Resolve employee queries and cases
- Perform system testing for system configuration changes, upgrades, or legal changes
- Perform and handle China payroll
