Health Insurance Policy Executive

Reviewing and assessing applications (Packaged Plan Renewal) and movements for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility based on system and proposal guidelines.

Coordinate with senior staff to clarify details and resolve discrepancies

Performing timely data input and uploading required documentation to internal systems and portals.

Escalating complex or exceptional cases to senior advisors or supervisors as needed

Ensuring all activities comply with policy terms, internal guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Experience in insurance processing, policy administration or equivalent healthcare background is preferrable

Ability to Multi-tasking and work in a fast-paced environment and mange multipies priorities

Good service attitude, positive and 'can do' attitude

Job Type : Permanent

Pay : RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
