Min 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in financial services industry or digital payments. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, with ability to interpret complex financial data. Medical, Dental & Vision coverage. Annual, Maternity, Paternity leave. EPF and SOCSO contributions. Job summary
Seeking an experienced Accountant with financial services background to deliver accurate reporting, ensure compliance, and support key decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute daily accounting tasks : manage accounts payable / receivable, conduct bank reconciliations, and record financial data accurately (full set accounts).
- Prepare consolidated group financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and contribute to strategic financial planning and variance analysis.
- Identify and reconcile discrepancies in financial statements to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and regulatory bodies to ensure timely submission and compliance.
