About our client

Our client is a leading law firm specializing in high-end property development, offering legal services to top-tier developers and investors. Their practice is focused on complex sale and purchase agreements and loan transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage

full set of accounts

, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle payment processing, including cheque issuance, online banking transactions, and preparation of payment vouchers.
  • Monitor cash flow and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update company records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies, insurance matters, and utilities management.
  • Prepare and submit SST reports and other statutory filings in a timely manner.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.

    • Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
