JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for supporting the implementation, coordination and enhancement of targeted development interventions for identified talent across the organisation, in line with EPF’s strategic talent aspirations and future leadership pipeline. The role works closely with the EPF Learning Campus (ELC), Divisions and Departments to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of development programmes. It also contributes to tracking, reporting and governance efforts to strengthen overall talent readiness and succession capability within the organisation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Targeted Development Programmes / Interventions
- Lead the coordination and monitoring of targeted development programmes / interventions for identified talents, ensuring timely execution of agreed plans.
- Manage the tracking and follow up of development plans to ensure alignment with talent management and successors readiness objectives.
- Work closely with the EPF Learning Campus (ELC) and divisions / departments representatives to ensure seamless logistics, scheduling and participant management.
- Liaise with external programme providers to support effective and high‑quality programme delivery.
- Carry out regular market research and scanning to identify suitable and emerging development programmes and providers that align with EPF’s evolving needs.
- Support benchmarking activities and best practice reviews to help ensure EPF’s development initiatives remain relevant and effective.
- Coordinate with and gather updates from universities, business schools, and learning providers regarding available and emerging programmes.
- Analyse programme data and prepare updates on progress, impact and talent development outcomes.
- Identify and propose process enhancements to improve programme coordination and participant experience.
2. Scholarship Programme
Support the administration and monitoring of the EPF Scholarship Framework and Job Specific Certification Programmes (e.g. CFA, CAIA, ACCA, ICAEW, SHRM).Manage participant tracking, reporting, and compliance with programme requirements.Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure accurate documentation and smooth execution.3. Stakeholders and Governance Management
Prepare status reports, presentation materials and documentation for internal governance committee and management meetings.Ensure compliance with EPF policies, guidelines, approval processes for all development related initiatives and external accreditation standards.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between development activities and succession objectives.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Malaysian citizen.Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business, Literature / TESL / or related fields from any local or overseas universities which recognized by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).Minimum of four (4) years of experience in HR-related fields of talent development, succession planning or leadership development or any other related fields that meets the role requirement.Experience in managing or coordinating development programmes, scholarships or certification initiatives is an advantage.Sound knowledge in talent management / development programmes.Good analytical, result-oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multitask and work both independently and as a team member.Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Good report-writing, communication and presentation skills.Proficient in both oral and written Malay and English language or a related field.JOB STATUS
