Talent and Partnerships Executive

Chemin AI (formerly SUPA) is growing rapidly. We’re seeking a Talent and Partnerships Executive to support us in building high-performing teams and collaborations with partner organizations. This role sits under the Delivery Team, where you will play a critical role in helping us strengthen the backbone of our organization : our people.

As a Talent and Partnerships Executive, your focus revolves around supporting the operations of the team across three key areas :

• Internal Hiring for Chemin : supporting our company growth
• External Project Recruitment : sourcing talent for client projects
• Partnership Reach : engaging strategic partners to meet project demands

Your success in this role will be defined by three key areas :
