Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager to manage finance, accounting, treasury, and business-related processes — ensuring effective internal controls and smooth operations across the company. If you have a strong financial background, enjoy analytical work, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts and all financial reporting activities
  • Ensure statutory compliance and proper record maintenance
  • Handle banking tasks, loan applications, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government bodies
  • Oversee office administration, including vendor / supplier management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
  • Team player, multitasker, and adaptable
  • Familiar with MYOB system
