Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with call centre experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure they are resolved.
- Provide assistance for consumer inquiries over the consumer services hotline or email, acting as the primary contact for consumer queries.
- Review / check documents and contract terms and conditions prior to submission; maintain tender / quotation and contract records.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in automotive industry customer service and quality monitoring principles.Benefits
