Responsibilities

• Cities & Places Sector Lead :
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients - defend and extend our engagement
• Connect with new clients, source for new leads, build pipeline
• Prepare early positioning and pursuit plans
• Prepare bid proposals, attend interviews
• Internal engagements – interface with sector leads from other markets, CBRE integration, etc.
• External engagements – attending & speaking at conferences, publications, etc
• Project Management :
• Lead and oversight on end-to-end project management
• Manage client relationships and provide assurance
• Ensure compliance with our deliverables and risk
• Responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met
• Support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• Identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues
• Maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
• Manage the implementation of the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules
• Responsible for the project planning, including producing the detailed project plan and to lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team
• Manage the change control process
• Monitor and advise upon project finances
• Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
• Prepare master programme, formal project progress and other reports
• Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
• Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and report such opportunities to the appropriate line manager
• Ensure that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database
• Ensure prompt client invoicing and utilisation of internal accounting systems in order to monitor a project’s financial status
