Job Summary

This role is essential for facilitating the daily administrative tasks of the L&D team. This position emphasizes providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will assist the Head of Planning in managing overall L&D operations, including support for the Learning Management System (LMS), eLearning initiatives, course management, evaluations, and data maintenance. Collaboration with the L&D business partner and L&D specialists is fostering a learning culture within the organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and are passionate about fostering a culture of learning within an organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide assistance and guidance to stakeholders regarding LMS and learning-related inquiries.
• Aid in setting up annual training programs in the LMS / database.
• Partner with teams to analyze learning data for reporting purposes.
• Support departmental policies and procedures by maintaining accurate records and documentation for all training activities.
• Assist in the development of LMS eLearning content and provide system support to stakeholders.
• Support the training evaluation process by collecting and reporting relevant data.
• Review and suggest improvements to system processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Support in system process workflow by reviewing and contributing recommendations for continuous improvements.
• Assist in the management of vendor relationships and processes.
• Help conduct system administration tasks and maintain the system ID access matrix.
• Maintain and update learning data and training information, ensuring accurate reporting.
