Job Responsibility

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery, ensuring they function efficiently and safely according to established procedures.
• Perform assembly line operations, including fitting parts, sub-assemblies, and components accurately and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards, and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to production schedules and timelines, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with other production team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify process improvements, and resolve production issues effectively.
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately, recording production output, quality control data, and any equipment maintenance performed.
