Penerangan pekerjaanLeading the project team to deliver cost-effective, timely and high quality developments Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions where necessary Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies and quality standards Oversee coordination among contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders Attend fortnightly coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams Provide reports to senior management and highlight the key issues and propose data-driven solutions Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and workflow Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Architecture or a related field Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Project Management, including 3 years in a managerial role Demonstrated success managing landed and complex development projects with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD and construction management software is an advantage Competitive salary package with annual performance bonus Comprehensive medical, dental and health screening / vision care coverage Extensive insurance coverage : hospitalisation, personal accident and term life Enjoy staggered work hours and a culture that supports work-life balance and professional respect.
