Engineering Manager / Section Manager (backend semiconductor)

Lead the ramp‑up of equipment and optimize its utilization to meet production targets.

Manage the introduction and integration of new equipment and testing technologies to enhance capabilities.

Develop and execute tactical plans to achieve cost, productivity, and quality objectives, supporting the overall equipment roadmap.

Handle customer corrective actions, addressing issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and resolve problems effectively.

Create and implement strategies to lead a team toward achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Train, mentor, and retain staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce.

Strategically plan and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee the section's budget, resources, and operational costs to ensure cost‑effectiveness and financial sustainability.

Guide and support staff in developing engineering and technical solutions, while maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

Participate in or lead plant‑wide cross‑functional projects and activities.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support organizational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
