Senior KOL Content Specialist (MY / HK / TW Market)
Develop creative content ideas and directions that align with our brand identity and product positioning.
Identify suitable KOLs / KOCs / Influencers to collaborate with for various product campaigns and contents.
Conduct product briefings and communicate the objectives, content guidelines, and brand direction clearly.
Review and provide feedback on content drafts from KOLs / KOCs / Influencers to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Monitor and analyze content / campaign performance - track engagement, exposure, and key statistics to evaluate effectiveness and identify top-performing content or collaborators.
Stay up to date with the latest beauty and skincare trends on social media , especially across Instagram, Threads and XiaoHongShu (XHS) .
Work closely with the KOL sourcing team to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or content marketing (preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends and KOL / KOC / Influencers in Malaysia / Taiwan / Hong Kong (Instagram / XiaoHongShu).
Excellent communication skills to deal with influencers and partners.
Creative mindset with a good eye for engaging and trendy content.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Proficiency (Read, Write and Speak) in Mandarin and Cantonese is a must due to the need to support markets like Taiwan and Hong Kong.
