Infinity Training Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cruise Crew Trainer / Hospitality & Cruise English Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the cruise or hospitality industry and a passion for training individuals for international cruise careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging lessons and training sessions on cruise operations, hospitality, and English communication.
• Prepare students for real-life onboard experiences, emphasizing professional conduct, service standards, and customer interaction.
• Develop lesson plans, role-plays, and activities relevant to cruise and hospitality environments.
• Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
