Overview
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a global leader in prestige beauty, with a diverse portfolio of brands and products sold in approximately 150 countries. The Consumer Engagement Executive, Estee Lauder / La Mer, is responsible for the execution of total omnichannel consumer engagement across owned, earned, and paid channels following the Marketing Lead's guidelines. This role includes adapting the marketing calendar, media planning, content development, and CRM programming, and planning and implementing marketing communications and omni-channel initiatives to achieve brand objectives. Collaboration with Retail Marketing and the Education Manager is expected for planning and executing brand activities.
What You Will Achieve
- Plan, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns across various channels.
- Execute consumer engagement strategies across all channels (owned, earned, paid) per the Marketing Lead’s guidelines, including adapting the marketing calendar, media planning, content development, and CRM programming.
- Plan and implement marketing communications and omni-channel initiatives to achieve brand objectives; work closely with Retail Marketing and Education Manager for brand activities.
- Execute social / digital marketing plans, manage content calendars, localize digital assets, and oversee brand communication on social media, websites, SEO, and email; support PR and KOL plans, including editorial content and campaign collaborations.
- Maintain alignment with education and online teams, support e-commerce campaigns, ensure timely communication, consolidate reports, and deliver activities within allocated budgets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retail / beauty / high fashion.Operational and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, high standards of luxury, and ability to think creatively.Proactive and positive approach to work and daily tasks.Confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with all parties.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.What We Offer
