Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the professional payroll service delivery for outsourced clientsManage a small and diverse HK Payroll Team to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) and to ensure the tasks completed on time and error freeReview HK Payroll Team's works including payroll calculation, social security, billing and invoicing, year-end tax adjustment, etc.Drive operational excellence within HK Payroll Team to meet SLA requirementsBe an escalation point to resolve issues and provide advice to the HK Payroll Team and clientsRaise relevant quality issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possibleRun governance and reporting schedules with stakeholders on a monthly basisWork closely with the global project team in new client onboarding projectsAny other ad hoc duties and projects assigned from managementRequirements
In-depth understanding of end-to-end HK payroll processingBachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplinesAbove 5 years of experience in Hong Kong payroll processingExperience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageousAble to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environmentMust be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbersAction-orientated, detail minded and organisedFluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageousSeniority level
