Facilitate talent review discussions with leadership to assess bench strength and address succession gaps.
Collaborate with business leaders to create career pathing and development plans for key talent.
Organizational Development & Behavior
Conduct organizational assessments and culture diagnostics to recommend strategies that foster a high-performance culture.
Provide guidance on team dynamics, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
Partner with HRBPs to design and implement interventions that drive behavioral change aligned with company values and goals.
Leadership & Capability Development
Identify leadership capability gaps and propose targeted solutions such as coaching, mentoring, and stretch assignments.
Design frameworks to assess leadership effectiveness and support ongoing leadership development.
Talent Analytics & Reporting
Use data-driven insights to support talent decisions and track the effectiveness of development initiatives.
Report regularly to senior management on talent health metrics, succession coverage, and organizational effectiveness indicators.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on talent strategies.
Work cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and external partners to drive people development agendas.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related areas.
Strong background in succession planning, leadership development, and organizational behavior.
Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of business operations and talent implications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proficiency in talent assessment tools and organizational development methodologies.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data for decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or professional certification in Talent Management or Organizational Development.
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering-based organization.
Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
