Ensuring the timely delivery of DHL packages globally while maintaining customer data security is at the core of our work. You will lead highly motivated teams managing OPMS product and BI data modern cloud platforms. As the lead of the OPMS DevOps team, you will be responsible for delivering product roadmap releases and operational excellence. You will oversee a team of BI data platform architects responsible for platform roadmap milestones. To steer delivery, you will interact with Express Business partners, business product owners, and BI platform owners. Collaboration within IT Services is essential to deliver optimal service to business partners. You will report to the Head of Express Solution BI Domain.

• You will contribute to adherence to our agile methodologies, developing and implementing delivery plans with your team.
• You will assist stakeholders in backlog planning and execution, monitoring the product roadmap with the product owner.
• You will handle capacity planning, managing resource gaps and surpluses proactively.
• You will actively support your team in removing obstacles.
• You will strive for service quality aligned with departmental KPIs, reducing incidents, ensuring product security, and maintaining 100% uptime standards.
• You will support talent growth by inspiring career development and helping execute individual development plans.

Hi, I am Bojan Jovanovski, Head of BI Express Solution domain. I started my career at DHL IT Services in 2004 as a PM coordinator. Over the years, I managed various stakeholders and products, progressing to Principal PM, then Head of Sales and Customer Service subdomain, and finally establishing the BI Domain, where I have been leading since 2021.
