Job Responsibilities :

• Preparing drinks, including grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Engage with customers and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Process payments (credit / debit cards, e-payments) using the POS system.
• Issue receipts and provide excellent customer service.
