Medical Lab Tech (MLT)

MAHSA Specialist Hospital is looking for an experienced and skilled Medical Lab Tech to lead our Medical Laboratory team. As an MLT, you will play a crucial role in conducting and supervising various laboratory tests and ensuring accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform and oversee laboratory tests on patient samples
Analyze and interpret test results and provide accurate reports
Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and quality control standards
Train and mentor junior Medical Lab Technicians
Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient diagnoses

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field

Certification as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) is preferred

Proven experience in medical laboratory testing and analysis

Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Detailoriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
